Minors are admitted to the venue, with a few exceptions. The information is clearly indicated on the event page of our website when there is an age restriction. You may be asked for ID to purchase alcohol. Any minors found consuming alcohol will be immediately removed from the venue.
Yes. Part of Club Soda is located at street level, and the venue is equipped with a toilet for people with reduced mobility, next to the ticket counter. Wheelchair spaces are limited, so we strongly recommend arriving 15 minutes before doors open. Security staff will give you priority access to the best seats. The time the doors open is indicated on your tickets and on our website. We also recommend that you contact us at info@clubsoda.ca
to inform us of your situation, so that we can advise the hospitality staff beforehand.
Club Soda is usually a “general admission” venue, first come, first served. If there is a possibility of reserving your seats, it will be indicated when you buy your tickets.
We often obtain this information a few days before, or even on the day of the event. You can write to us at info@clubsoda.ca and we will do our best to get back to you with the information we have available.
Whenever possible, taking public transport
(Saint-Laurent metro station on the green line, and bus lines 55, 129, 150, 410, 430) and bicycles are the two best ways to get to Club Soda. For additional information, visit the How to Get There page.
No, this is not normal. You should have received a confirmation email 10 minutes after your purchase. If you haven't already done so, we recommend that you first check your spam folder.
If you don't find anything, please contact us by email at info@clubsoda.ca with the date and time of the performance, your name and your order number. An agent will contact you as soon as possible and will be happy to assist you.
If you visit our ticket counter during business hours, the tickets will be printed and given to you directly. The Club Soda ticket counter accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and prepaid cards, and direct payment (Interac).
If you purchase your tickets online or by phone using your credit card, you can choose from the following retrieval options:
- Electronic tickets: With this method, you will receive your tickets by email within minutes of your purchase. They can be printed out or viewed on your mobile device.
- Postal delivery: Your tickets will be mailed by lepointdevente.com within a reasonable time following the date of purchase. A confirmation of shipment is sent to the customer by email. The delivery address must be identical to the billing address linked to your credit card. Choosing this delivery method will incur additional charges.
Ticket service charges differ depending on the method of purchase. The most affordable service fees are charged for purchases made at the Club Soda ticket counter. Service fees for purchases made online or by phone vary according to the ticket price. Prices may also vary according to the rates offered by the event organizers.
It should be noted that it is very rare for an event to be cancelled or postponed. These are extraordinary measures. Stay on the lookout for additional details.
If your event has been postponed to a later date, you can keep your ticket, which will be valid for the new date. If this date is not convenient, you can request a refund.
- For tickets purchased via the Club Soda website or telephone ticketing, you will receive an email explaining all the steps involved. Please contact us at info@clubsoda.ca or by telephone at 514-286-1010, Ext. 200 if you have any questions.
- Tickets purchased in person at the Club Soda ticket counter will be refunded at the same location. You must have in your possession the tickets to be refunded, and the card used to make the purchase. Click here to view our business hours.
- Refunds for tickets purchased from a promoter are the sole responsibility of said promoter.

If your show is cancelled and you have completed your purchase online or by telephone, you will receive an email explaining the steps to follow.
- Tickets purchased via the Club Soda website or telephone ticketing will be automatically refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase. *Please let us know if your financial institution has changed or if you no longer have the prepaid card that was used. The coat check is mandatory during cold weather, at a cost of $3.00 per coat. Payable by credit or debit card only.
